Essential Responsibilities
-
Assisting and developing Emergency Response Plans
-
Ensuring Compliance with DOD emergency procedures
-
Develop and promogulated Force Protection awareness information
-
Assisting with the development of briefings and presentations
-
Updating Programs SharePoint and data coordination with the Incident Management Team (IMT)
-
Execution of SECDEF/Pentagon COVID-19 mandates and guidance, and Force Health Protection Condition adherence for the DoD workforce Execution of SECDEF/Pentagon COVID mandates and guidance.
-
Execution of the Center for Disease Control and Protections, Department of Homeland Security Federal Protective Services COVID-19 mandates and guidance.
-
Assisting agency personnel in navigating the Pentagon vaccination program
-
Weekly coordination with Pentagon/WHS for agency COVID-19 vaccination status updates
-
Reporting of COVID-19 cases to the Pentagon Office of Emergency Management for Contact Trace Tracking and WHS for facility disinfection
-
Tracking of all the agency positive COVID-19 cases for statistical/analytical reporting and trends analysis
-
Coordination of vaccination appointments with DoD health authorities as needed
-
Tracking and Reporting COVID-19 Vaccinations
-
Tracking COVID-19 Vaccinations of those DoD personnel vaccinated outside the DoD (i.e., federal, state, county, and civilian sources outside of DoD)
-
Coordinating agency facility disinfections
-
Additional tasks will be within scope, and of a similar nature, complexity, and skill level
Required Background, Education, and Skills
-
U.S. Citizen
-
Secret Security Clearance
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Emergency Management (from an accredited institution)
-
2 years of experience working as a Program Analyst
-
Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
-
Prior Federal experience preferred
-
Experience in assisting and developing emergency response plans
-
Demonstrated experience working with the Security Cooperation Community to include DoD Emergency procedures
-
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Possess the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Project management experience and knowledge
